LSU Basketball Hosts UNO

11/19/2013 09:50AM ● Published by Michael Minvielle

LSU is looking to carry the momentum from Saturday’s win over Northwestern into tonight’s game against UNO.  It’s looking like LSU will once again be without star freshman Jarell Martin, who has missed the last two games with an ankle injury.  Martin’s injury has been very disappointing for LSU fans (myself included) who have been itching to see the future NBA lottery pick in action.  The good news is that LSU has another budding superstar in freshman forward Jordan Mickey.  The tenacious power forward is drawing comparisons to former LSU great Tyrus Thomas.  I look for Mickey to have a big game tonight, and the Tigers to roll past UNO by double digits.
