SPORTS – Winning The Game Of Life

Valuable life lessons are learned on the diamond, the field, the mat and the goal line. Young people who participate in sports are getting exercise and learning to work hard for a goal. Sometimes that goal is reached and sometimes they fall short, but experts say nothing can prepare children for life better than playing a sport. The great coach Vince Lombardi said, ‘We didn’t lose the game we just ran out of time’ and young players should feel that if they played their best they didn’t lose.
